      the location was perfect, just a short walk to the haram. the suite itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like home. the amenities were great, with comfortable beds and a clean environment.

      The hotel was clean with recently renovated and large rooms and accommodating staff. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was large. The breakfast offered a great selection of tasty meals. Excellent and favourable location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.

      Check-in was a nightmare! They gave us keys to an occupied room and the receptionist barely helped, just glued to her phone. We wasted time sorting it out, and to top it off, no assistance with our luggage. So frustrating!

      There is a lot of savoury food for breakfast. It has best possible, top setting, very close to the mosque of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam, most shops including dates market and Bin Dawood, and the most awesome masjid in the world...

      High price for smelly rooms dirty carpet and bad air condition, slow elevator , must pay for parking , only one porsen can use the Internet and pay a high price for a single day, very imbericing to invite family to.. SO BAD
